Do they have customer testimonials that can be verified?
Does their delivery time fit in with your schedule?
Do you feel confident in their process?
Do they have a substantial help section and FAQ?
Are they a real business?

At first glance it is not easy to verify most of these points when looking at a website. However, if you have shopped around a bit you will soon get the feeling of whether they have the ability to match your expectations. If it feels right it generally is. That also goes for the opposite. If it feels wrong it probably is.
